Deep Well

Deep Well Ranch currently covers approximately 30,203 acres. It is a well-watered ranch with updated pipelines and storage tanks. The ranch also includes numerous well-placed dirt tanks that are positioned to catch and hold water extremely well. The ranch is also home to an abundance of wildlife including antelope, quail, and barbary sheep.

Improvements include a great set of pens at the Headquarters with traps surrounding them for easy access to weaning a large number of calves. This also includes a loading chute for a semi-Truck and a Cake bin for storage. The shop is 40x60 insulated with cement floors and its own shower and bathroom. Also, an overhang on both sides for hay and equipment storage.

The homes are built by Karsten, the main house is a well built 3 bedroom 2 bath with open living area. The 2nd home is a smaller 3 bedroom 2 bath with a fenced-in yard and sprinkler system. Both homes are set up on a propane run generator in case of a power outage.
